The Boardroom
Host up to 14 guests in our brand-new private Boardroom. Featuring custom wooden cabinetry and elegant design, this exclusive space opens to natural light and sweeping views of the golf course - a premium setting for high-level meetings and strategic sessions.The Captain's Room
Perfect for small gatherings, this private room seats up to 8 guests around a boardroom table. Ideal for intimate meetings, interviews, or training sessions. It can also be used as a breakout room for larger events, when booked with one of our other event spaces.
Our Larger Spaces

The Garigal Room
Designed for flexibility, this space accommodates 20 to 100 guests and can be configured to suit your event format - Cabaret, U-Shape, Theatre Style, Boardroom, Cocktail, Banquet or customised to your requirements. Like all our major rooms, it opens up to natural light and picturesque golf course views.
The Terrace Room
Accommodating 35 to 160 guests, this expansive space mirrors the Garigal Room’s flexibility and also boasts floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning views, and can be tailored to any event style or layout.
Need more space?
Combine the Garigal Room and the Terrace Room to create one large venue, ideal for up to 260 guests. Perfect for conferences, seminars, or gala dinners.
